Did y’all know that we make a different West Coast IPA every week? And that it wouldn’t have our lil GC finger prints on it if we didn’t change at least something about it with process or ingredients? Often gratified, never satisfied has been our theme over here, and we’ve been tinkering hard with all of these westies as of late… This one jumps heavy into tropical fruit aromatics and citrus, all while being deliciously dry, lightly resinous, and snappy on the bitterness. That Tropical Fusion though. OOOOOOH-WEEEEE! Tasting notes? Think POG ⬆️, white gummy bears, Paloma, and strawberry
