Highland Park - Barrel-Aged Griffith (10th Anniversary) - Barrel Aged Imperial Coffee stout with Trystero Coffee.

BA Griffith is our yearly Barrel Aged Imperial Coffee stout with Trystero Coffee.

This year’s blend was made from 3 barrels of last year’s Griffith brew. We carefully selected the barrels that perfectly complemented each other and added a splendidly roasted Natural Ethiopia Guji Buku Sayisa coffee from Trystero Coffee at around 2.6lbs/bbl, which is around a 1/2lb per barrel more than we’ve been using for the BA Griffith in past years and adds a nice roast to balance out some of the bourbon sweetness in the barrel notes!

The coffee rounds out the flavor profile with notes of blueberry, melon, and jasmine
