For this fully organic Aardbei, 3 Fonteinen macerated local handpicked strawberries on two-year old lambik, before letting the unblended fruit lambik age further on a woorden barrel. This way, the fruit lambik took over nineteen months before being bottled.

Polly herself took part in the ideation of this bottle on July 10th 2025, between the 3 Fonteinen barrels. Tak Polly!
